A people-first vision
Abolish I.C.E.
I am proud to stand with our migrant communities in face of I.C.E. violence. There was a time where we lived without I.C.E. and there will be a time where we will live without I.C.E. again. With escalated I.C.E. terror and the ongoing war on migrant families, we need leaders who will proactively fight to abolish this illegitimate agency and prosecute agents who have terrorized entire communities. Not another dime should go to I.C.E. As our representative in congress, I will write/support legislation that:
- Grants immediate citizenship to undcoumented families and loved ones in our communities
- Immediately abolishes I.C.E. and brings rogue agents to justice
- Immediately ends the inhumane blockade on the Cuban people and ends sanctions on Venezuela
fund
education
As a school board member, I’ve seen firsthand the issues faced by underfunded schools. Despite the United States being the richest nation in modern history, our elected leaders have significantly underfunded public education by billions of dollars. The United States operates around 800 equipped military bases around the world and always has money for war at the same time that some of our schools here at home are forced to layoff staff and end school programs due to budget constraints. As our representative in congress, I will write/support legislation that:
- Cuts down on government waste and directs funds to public schools across the nation
- Resolves educator vacancies nationally
- Implements a billionaire’s tax and increases education funding to support tuitionless college
- Funds universal Pre-K for all students
- Supports unionization efforts
end our
wars
Our foreign policy is destructive and chaotic, and the conflicts we’ve created around the world are simply unjustified. We will only know peace at home once we are committed to real peace abroad. It’s time to pull the plug on the war machine, build peace, and work for the common good of all people. As our representative in congress, I will write/support legislation that:
- Requires a yearly reduction in military spending to be transfered to fund housing, transit, public schools, and medical research
- Affirms the self-determination of all people and lays the groundwork for international peace
- Raises the refugee admissions cap
- Funds reparations for the redevelopment of Gaza

for all
Healthcare is a human right. And yet, in the richest nation in the world, it is not recognized as such. We have the money, science, and technology, to provide quality healthcare for all, to find a cure for cancer, to afford seniors quality of life, and to provide insulin and life-saving medications free of charge. However, it has been decided for us that instead of doing all of the above, big pharma and insurance agencies will get richer off of our sickness. As our representative in congress, I will write/support legislation that:
- Guarantees healthcare for all of us
- Funds mental health and addiction recovery programs, and community recreation centers
- Removes profit incentive from healthcare
SAVE OUR
PLANET
The current climate crisis is one of the clearest examples of how our current system prioritizes profit over people. We must act now to save our planet and to rescue our future. We need a system that works for our communities and the climate, not for the billionaires in power who poison our water ways, pollute our air, and destroy the land. As our representative in congress, I will write/support legislation that:
- Majorly increases protections for our planet, including waterways, natural parks, and landmarks
- Transitions our infrastructure to clean, sustainable, renewable energy
- Guarantees clean water for all people
- Implements a federal carbon tax on major corporations like Amazon to protect our community
RESTORE
NATIVE LAND
The entirety of this campaign, this mission of peace, would all be in vain without prioritizing the rights and prosperity of Native communities. From climate justice, to the fight for fully funded schools, every step forward must be centered around the empowerment of Indigenous communities. As our representative in congress, I will write/support legislation that:
- Pays reparations to Native nations for past and current injustices
- Recognizes the self-determination of all Indigenous communities and empowers Native nations to lead the path forward to the restoration of Native land
- Recognizes all treaties made with Native nations
- Invests federal resources to end the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women (MMIW) crisis
